Had a watch battery changed this morning. The man that helped me was so helpful and friendly. He made me feel like nothing would be too much trouble. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he is a credit to your company.
I took my watch in for service and new glass, i couldn't have had better service, a nice man Steve, was very helpful and funny, Seiko had put a new strap onto my watch, (free of charge) and he altered the strap to fit, wonderful customer service in all areas.

Wouldn't normally post a review but on this occasion I will. What a joke this place is. I turned up at 10:32 ( shoukd open at 10:30 ) and was greeted with a curt response of 5 minutes not open yet. After the 5 mins I asked could he cut me 2 blades from my key. The response was a flat "NO we don't do 3rd party keys". However he would cut one if I bought from them. This guy really needs a course in customer service. Obviously not happy in his job.
Asked for a blade to be cut. Response was NO. Simple as that. Basically didn't want to cut it because i bought it elsewhere. Would rather pull your pants down and charge you full whack for one of there shells and blades. Pathetic. Not professional not cool. Oh and the guy who works there is an absolute sausage. Sort it out! 👎
