Called into the St Helens store to have a repair done to a pair of my daughter’s dancing shoes and was told there would be no charge as it was only a 5 minute job. An excellent guy named Colin couldn’t be anymore helpful and nice and he is a credit to Timpsons. All that he asked was that the next time I was in store is that I made a donation to the charity on show which I certainly will be doing. A 10/10 experience.
