Garry repaired badly worn heels had to do more work than he charged me for and is a credit to Timpsons.

Went in today and received outstanding service from Gary. He went out of his way to find suitable soles for my much loved boots. He called me within an hour to say they were ready and what a superb job! Really excellent customer service and all with a smile and very positive and cheerful attitude. I highly recommend!
