Kyle is the MAN! Had a pair of Schuh sliders with an instep and I am flat footed - asked on the off chance he could help me and yes he did! He filed the instep out and now I have an amazing pair of sliders for my holiday to Barbados! Thank you SO much Kyle! Thoroughly recommend this store!
These guys are top notch. So nice, so professional and makes you feel like you’ve got a really personalised local service in the big city. I’ve gone for multiple clothing items to be dry cleaned or repaired as well as shoes and I’m always so impressed.
I left my sweater at Timpson for repair on 8th August at the Nine Elms, and since then I have heard absolutely nothing. I’ve been into the store several times to ask for an update, but the staff were unable to provide any useful information. All they could show me was a message from their warehouse saying “it’s on the way to us.” How is it possible that after more than a month my sweater is still “on the way”? As of today, 13th September (1 month and 5 days later), I still don’t have my sweater back. What’s most frustrating... read more
I dropped off my shoes and received a message saying they were ready. When I went to collect them, the staff couldn’t find them. I followed up several times in person and submitted two online queries — but got no proper response, only one automated email. It’s been weeks with no update. Very poor customer service.
Top-notch service at Timpsons today. The guy working there, Tai (hope I’ve got the name right), was spot on—professional, friendly, and had a great knowledge. Proper breath of fresh air. The price was very reasonable too, which you don’t always get these days.
