I needed to have my heavy duty walking boots given an MOT. I took them in around mid week last week into the Timpsons based at Tesco’s at Princes Road. I really affable young man… I think his name was Shawnie… He looked them over and told me it will be no problem to help. He quoted me a price which I accepted. Pretty run of the mill stuff really.. Was absolutely gutted when i smashed the glass on my divers watch that has sentimental value, thought it was a right off or would cost me at least £250. Went into store and was great and dealt with Alex and Hasan. Their customer service was amazing something you don’t see enough of today. Took my watch in replaced the glass tested it for water resistance and called me to say it was done after only two day.
