Every few months, I have something for the great staff at Timpsons to either Repair, cut or to Sell me. I’m never disappointed with the experiences I have there. This was reinforced again today when I collected some walking boots that I had dropped off just a few days earlier for repair. Two things stood out from this Experience… Firstly the attitude of the young man… I think his name is Shawnie… but I do remember smiling because on his badge it had underneath, the name of “Mr Moustache”!
