Absolutely fantastic service put new bar in my watch and got my bank card out ready to.pay for new bar for my watch and i said how much will it cost . he don,t worry about it. What kind person he was and if need body what to go timpsons retailers he is very helpful and very kind.
Dropped in 10 minutes before closing on 23rd December for a dog tag. I can't praise the service high enough. Glen (I think) was really friendly, efficient and a credit to Timpsons. Well done 👍
Dropped our car keys on the road outside. Lady handed them in to the Kiosk. Some time later- I am wandering around looking lost and the eagle eyed member of staff came out and asked me if I was looing for something. After confirming the type of key- he reunited us with them. Fantastic 10/10 Key and battery service first class too!

So expensive! I asked my tenant if she could get me a front and back door spare key cut which i should have got done myself in hindsight, they are just the normal yale style keys, she was charged £24! I had directed her to Beards in Bridge Street as this should have only been around £6 but unfortunately she chose timpsons! Also two weeks ago my partner had a new battery in his watch he was charged nearly £25 its the cheapest watch and would have better replaced it tbh! Absolutely ridiculous prices!
