Service was absolutely perfect. Dude was very professional and made me two new copies of my key at very little cost. I'm clumsy and lose my keys all the time, so it def helps my peace of mind that I know have spares

Fantastic friendly service and brilliant repair work on well loved shoes. Also got some keys cut and works better than the pair I lost. They're an amazing company anyway but this outlet is just totally exemplary. Could not be happier
Scratched the watch lugs even when I told them to be careful. Did not return all items given - at least a dozen lug pins were provided and were not returned. Better to take watch to a specialist.
Has the best experience at Timpson’s!! I needed an engraving on a tie clip for my wedding the same day and they were able to accommodate this and do an absolutely amazing job! Thank you again :)
