Popped in to see if anything could be done to refurb a pair of shoes and Steve couldn’t have been anymore supportive. Honest, helpful and recommended the next process - his customer service was exceptional and couldn’t have been anymore supportive more helpful. I’ll be taking my business to him everytime
The service was quick and professional, but I feel the price was quite high. I paid £9 to copy a simple cylinder key, which I later found is usually £3–£5 at other places like Hanley Market. It would be helpful if prices were more competitive or at least clearly displayed. Still, the staff were polite and the process was fast.

Took watch in for battery replacement informed would be half hour received information watch could only be secure to a certain depth if swimming went back watch new battery quick polite service would definitely recommend
Had my late father's prized watch picked up from Timpsons today after some well needed repairing and I'm absolutely in awe with how this vintage watch was transformed! One of the members of staff, Steve, was extremely helpful and friendly and I definitely recommend him for any sort of consultation or advice at Timpson's Hanley. Thank you again!
