I,ve been using this store for years now, and have always been beyond satisfied with the care and craftsmanship and friendly service, namely Erdal/Buddy who has fixed shoes, belts, watches keys-cuts all of which I’ve been able either wait or return in a short while. he really is the face and heart of this store. Excellent service. I purchased some knee high boots and they were too high I am so impressed how perfect they look now they been shortened and the gentleman was so friendly polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend the high street Chelmsford shop
