I took my coach bag to Timpsons with little hope it could be fixed. The screw had broken that kept the clasp fixed to the bag. Marc fixed the bag. I returned to pick it up and it was fixed and nothing to pay! Outstanding customer service. The shop has a really nice feel to it, all the staff happy to help and cheerful and chatty. Def recommend
