I came to this store to add an extra hole on my watch strap. Kush was really welcoming and helpful. He went straight away with my request and it took less than a minute. The service was free of charge as well. I'm definitely coming back if my watch has to be repaired.

I needed some leather loops removing from a handbag strap and the lovely gentleman who served me was so helpful and able to achieve this (I still can't figure out how?) easily and quickly. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Had my Iphone 15 charger port clogged up and it was causing me a lot of bother. Waited outside when the kind gentleman let me in slightly early and quickly dealt with the problem and sorted the issue out for me. He even did it for free (despite my willingness to pay him for his time) - so earns all 5 stars for a great service. Any issues with my phone, I will go to this store in the future and recommend it to anyone I know who has issues with their phones.

I needed a new battery for my Seamaster, and thought I'd call and get some prices. Spoke to Freddie who outlined several options available to me and was very knowledgeable. I arranged a time to pop by later in the day and was greeted by Freddie who was extremely helpful. 20 minutes later my watch was keeping time again, and the battery guaranteed for life. Excellent service from Timpson, and of course Freddie, who is a credit to the company. Keep up the excellent work!
