Had to have some alterations made on my new watch. I took it into Timpsons where David (Paddy) took on the job whilst I was in Starbucks next door. Very friendly man and did a brilliant job on my watch. I couldn’t have asked for any better. The service from this particular Timpsons is always outstanding. Many thanks Paddy.

Had a nightmare with my car keys and needed some engraving done on a 18th birthday present. Took my problems to Timpsons next to Sainsbury’s in Hatch Warren. Well, what can I say! The technician in the shop, I believe he is known as Paddy, was absolutely brilliant. He sorted out my car keys and even showed me how to re-program them to my car as his car was similar to mine.
