Took a pair of boots in a heel broke. I asked before leaving them if they could repair and they said yes. When I collected them it was an absolute bodge. The person working there was mortified by what he was handing over and I've had to bin them. He said to fix the job I'd have needed to wear them till they broke again then come back when he was in so he could do it again properly or go to the branch in town. Would rather they had said they couldn't do it than hand back them in this condition

David was fantastic with my zafira key replacement knew exactly what he was doing was able to have a good laugh and even shared some knowledge and advice without even asking so definitely be going to him again should I need to

Excellent local resource for shoe repairs, key cutting and dry cleaning. No need to trek into the town centre when you have a great local amenity on your doorstep. Free parking as well. And the staff are always friendly and smiling.

Dave i believe his name is at the kempshott basingstoke branch is amazing! Have been to see him a few times now and everything he goes above and beyond to help! Even when queuing seeing how he deals with every customer is truly remarkable A credit to the company and appreciate his help!
