John was very polite, helpful and professional in his researching my car key, giving payment options and cutting my house keys within 5mins of handing him them. Very impressed!
Said they could do belt holes, didn't mention they couldn't do them straight or equidistant or without punching extra blind holes beside them, effectively ruining a very good belt. Disgraceful service.
Many thanks to the lady working the counter at midday today Friday 3rd Feb. Initially helped me with photo printing advice & the cheapest option for my request. Secondly repaired my 20 year old leather dog lead (on the spot) with brass rivets! All this whilst spinning plates with other customers watch repairs & key replacements. Very impressed, you have an excellent employee there, who I hope is well valued.
Key cutting, shoe repairs, dry cleaning, watch repairs, passport photos and selling things from the shelf. John is great but you only ever seem to have one staff member on to manage all of this. Sometimes you could be waiting a while.
Timpsons branch in Sainsbury's Upton Wirral. I dropped my very expensive dress off for dry cleaning a week ago and the person behind the counter refused to attach a label to it immediately. Even though he walked passed me at first to the customer behind. He made me wait until.he had served them and the next 2 customers. When I went to collect my dress there were 2 people serving.
