Used this branch for a small shoe repair and the turnaround was faster than expected. The work looked tidy, and the shoes felt comfortable again straight away. Good option for everyday fixes without travelling far.
Excellent customer service, Jamie was very accommodating with resizing my first watch! He ensured a proper fit, and even added links to ensure the best possible fit. Very happy with the service provided.
Had a new bar put onto my watch strap, the bar came out again, entirely my fault. I went back to get re-fixed and willing to pay. The young gentleman gave a free service as he stated if we fixed it and it broke again will do for free. What a service!! You don’t receive this type of customer service anymore. My new favourite place for all my fixes. Thank you Timpson!!
I had the absolute most pleasure to meet the loveliest shop attendant I've had the honour of being served by in a very very long time. A Irish fellow I presume. He went a whole mile to assist me, even giving out his own glasses so I could read the fine labels on the shoe polish tin. I will sh there were more men like this in the world. It gives me hope for mankind. Outstanding.
