Ruined my shoes. I asked about repairing the buckle on my loafers, I even brought the other shoe from the pair to show how it had been repaired by another cobbler before and repeatedly asked and confirmed that the same could be done on the other shoe. I went to pick it up today only to find that it had only been glued (not stitched like agreed), the glue was already coming off, and they had spilled this glue over the rest of the shoe staining it and ruining it. Brilliant guy when I was last in. Sorted out some complicated work on a watch which was refused by my local tinker. He also cut me a key, all inside of about 25 minutes. I was shocked how fast it all took.
Best service!! I came in with my broken watch and asked them if they could fix it, I told them that i had the battery changed already a few times at a different place, so he told me he'll put a new battery and did so, then he gave me a lifetime warranty all for a very reasonable price. The next day my watch stopped working again so i went back knowing that my watch has a problem so he told me I can give it in for a service, but I didn't want to, so he straight away offered me a full refund for the battery and the warranty. ... read more
