A couple of weeks ago, I brought a sandal in for repair as one strap had come unstitched. The very kind man, (I am sorry but I forgot to get his name) repaired it for free as I waited. I was delighted and very grateful. I will definitely bring my shoe repairs here in the future (and pay for the work!)
