AJ was super accommodating with his service when my plans changed, I will definitely be coming back Edit: I came back after having some keys cut to the wrong size at a different Timpsons and Alvyn sorted me out big time. I didn't remember giving a review before so came on here to give a 5* review and realised I'd already done one. Talk about a reliably excellent service!

I took my kilt to have new straps fitted to it as I have expanded and the expensive kilt was too small . I provided an old leather belt to be used for the straps to be fitted . I was served by Ian , who I have to say is one of the exceptional people who can keep their "cool" under pressure . The shop was terrible busy and he was on his own . A day later he called me and said the kilt was ready for collection . I was amazed at the detailed work he made of the straps ! Very helpful staff, answered questions guickly when put to them. Very good repair of new glass in my Samsung tablet. Took a bit longer than first anticipated but was kept informed of progress when approached.
