Went in today to get new keys cut and a good keyring aswell as fix an issue with shoes and one of they trolly keys that look like a pound. Brian was a breath of fresh air! Felt like I was in a timsoms Christmas advert. Such a lovely guy, super attentive to me and the other customers had us all laughing while we waited. Awesome energy you just Don't get in shops anymore I left wanting to find reasons to go back in! Had to leave a review, timpsons are keeping the quality customer care front and centre!
16:10 I arrived on the Saturday 15/11/25, closing times wae 17:00hrs. 4 watches needed a battery replacement. I was told not today am I just doing my till. But u you are paid to 5pm. A went up the up street and came back past to see this timpson employee on his mobile phone. What you mean is you are lazy, No wonder our country is in a mess, nobody wants to work. I went in with a pair of Birkenstocks which needed repaired before my holiday the following day. Callum kindly assisted me and said he could do them the same day. I was delighted. The shoes have come back great and feel good as new. Thank you Callum!
I want to express my gratitude to Callum at your King street branch. I renewed my passport online and my selfies were not making it! Even when the passport online service accepted my second try, I get an email that photo was no good! Callum took my picture and with the code system, my photo was accepted! Was in today to get a new house key made up and was dealing with Dan, he was great and made friendly conversation about Marvel as he noticed my comics. Got 2 keys made up and a personalised tag for my dog. Would highly recommend Dan, amazing customer service and great lad all round 😁
