I really wanted to leave a review because the gentleman who served me was absolutely lovely! He's the young man with long hair and tattoos. I came in needing to get 3 keys cut as I am a family of 7 and keys are always going missing but it was £18 and I didn't have enough so he kindly offered to do it for £15 as he saw I was flustered especially as I had my super active toddler with me and he stated that at Timpsons they like to help their customers. Had been having some issues with a car key replacement, it’d been a couple of tricky weeks and wasn’t clear what the outcome would be. I turned up at the store braced for one last attempt to resolve the issue… I was met by Tai, a new colleague to the Sydenham store. He de-escalated the situation so professionally - taking responsibility for the challenge without doing anyone a disservice. Be aware . A new manager Mr Ryan branch 1122. This misfit has brutally damaged my brand new very expensive watch when all I did was request of him to replace the battery. I was in utter shock when I presented the damage before him and he did not express an apology to me. He was extrodinarly careless, and to go to drastic measures, he was quite neglectful. Do not recommend if you care for your property. Funny enough, I have sent you an email. No answer for a week now . Poor customer service. Stay away
