I was very impressed with Carl this afternoon. Apart from his most pleasant and friendly nature, he simply exuded professionalism and clearly knew his job. To be honest, I had not expected a successful visit (I am having problems with my car key, and had received less than satisfactory service from both the agents and a local autoelectrician).
