I went to the local Timpson shop and got a battery replacement for my watch. I was served by Jazz. He was polite, explained about the lifetime warranty and got my watch working back. Thanks for the excellent service.

I was very impressed with Carl this afternoon. Apart from his most pleasant and friendly nature, he simply exuded professionalism and clearly knew his job. To be honest, I had not expected a successful visit (I am having problems with my car key, and had received less than satisfactory service from both the agents and a local autoelectrician).
