He took the time to explain the repair and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It's clear he cares about both the quality of his work and the people he helps. Most Timpsons are great but this one is really fantastic - very helpful staff and a good level of service. Mark in particular is always great.
Friendly service, rapidly replaced a broken fastening in my leather belt with a new pop rivet, all done in under two minutes, the fee for this was just a voluntary donation to their charity box, so I gave a good contribution. Thanks, guys!
