Good service. I called ahead to order a dog tag to save me waiting. When I went to pick it up, they'd made an error with the engraving but sorted it without question. Tag a tad big for the dog and tarnished fairly quickly. You can still see the deets so I'll get over it for £12.
I don’t normally submit reviews, but the service was so good I feel I have to, I went in to get my watch repaired, turned out I only needed the battery replacing, which was a huge relief, the man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and convinced me to go with a lifetime guaranteed battery meaning I could bring my watch back and get it done for free! Amazing service will be visiting again.
I had taken my watch to a different Timpson unit and was told the gasket was stretched and couldn't be repaired. As I have had previous watches repaired by Dan at Asda Doncaster thought I would ask his advice. Went above and beyond and fixed it for me. Fabulous service. Highly recommended.
