Yesterday, Wednesday the 4th February I was having problems with my car key. I was in Asda so went to the Timpson's shop where a very pleasant man named Brenden 'sorted ' it out. He insisted on coming with me to the car to make sure it worked. it was only then that he told me he wasn't actually on duty that day and had just called in to collect something. That's Timpson's for you - always above and beyond.
