On Saturday I decided to change the battery in my watch, paid 25 pounds, as a result, when I came home, I found that the watch was broken, I came today to ask how they can fix it, the answer was yes you changed it here, and really there is not enough detail in your watch, but we can’t do anything because “I came to work and the table was clean” what a horror. Thank you for my favorite already broken watch.
Just wanted to say what a great guy young Dean is ,whatever you need doing photos/shoes repairing/keys cut young Dean is there offering help and advise and all with a big smiley face, this is customer service at its finest, he really is a credit to Mr Timpson ,I went for a key cutting for the disabled toilet for the young lady I support, after cutting the key Young Dean Said I'll just go an check it for you to make sure it's OK, and that's just what he did ,took him 2 minutes, now that's customer service, you won't get custo... read more
Just took a pair of shoes to be glued, only to be told "sorry I can't glue them my glue brush is too big, if you wait till it goes a bit more so I can get my brush in it won't be a problem". I would have thought a professional shoe repairer/cobbler would have different sized glue brushes.
Great service from Dean. Quick and easy
I’ve just been to the Barnsley branch within Asda for 2 pairs of boots polishing. Chap stood in front of a massive polishing machine said ‘sorry we don’t do that but I’ll sell you some polish’. Absolute joke. Needless to say I purchased the polish elsewhere.
