Incompetent. Had a very unfortunate experience at this branch. I'll be verbose in hope others can draw a conclusion. I arrived at 12:45 to a sign informing me they'd had to pop out and would be back at 13:00, if I wait I'd get a 10% discount. Decided to run some other errands and returned at 13:15, the sign had been changed to show they'd be back at 13:33. I’d really like to know if this branch regularly wastes customers’ time, or if I just happened to catch them on an “off day”… I called ahead to ask if I could bring a pair of shoes in to be reheeled while I waited. I was told that was absolutely fine, and I let them know I’d be there in about 25 minutes.
