Probably the worst experience in customer service I have ever witnessed. I chose Timpsons to remove links from my brand new watch (having not worn watches for quite some time). The man serving seemed uninterested and bored, despite me being his only customer at that time. He removed a fair few links from my watch, which I thought was ok, I then paid and left.
