I bought an Asda trolley token from the Timpson’s stand, but as I was loading my shopping someone walked off with it. Even though I still had the receipt, the staff member refused to offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture — despite the stand being directly opposite the trollies. Pretty disappointing customer service.

I regularly visit Timpson in Leyton for watch alterations, whether it's strap adjustments or battery replacements. The team is always welcoming and makes you feel like your custom genuinely matters. Their service is personable, efficient, and consistently excellent. Prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommended!
