I popped in to see if I could get my watch strap fixed (buckle had loosened slightly). Martin was very friendly and sorted it out for me so quickly. Good job; done quickly by Martin. Great customer service. I brought a leather shoulder bag in. The metal clasp for the strap needed to be repaired. The work was done by Martin while I waited and for a surprisingly reasonable price. Highly recommended. Went to Timpsons again today (Jan 26, 2026), with a similar problem. I was met with the same excellent service (once again from Martin) quality workmanship and value-for-money. Why would I look elsewhere?
