I popped in to see if I could get my watch strap fixed (buckle had loosened slightly). Martin was very friendly and sorted it out for me so quickly. He was willing to do it free of charge as it was such a minor repair. I will definitely go back to this Timpson - highly recommended! Thank you again Martin.

Good job; done quickly by Martin. Great customer service. I brought a leather shoulder bag in. The metal clasp for the strap needed to be repaired. The work was done by Martin while I waited and for a surprisingly reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with Martin at Timpson in Lewisham. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. His knowledge and skill really stood out, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Martin really does. I left feeling confident and happy with the work he did. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for Martin if you visit!
