I took in a watch that I honestly thought was done for. Martin looked at it properly, explained the issue in plain English, and fixed it quickly with zero fuss. The repair was spot on and the watch now works perfectly. What stood out was the attitude. Proper old school customer service. I popped in to see if I could get my watch strap fixed (buckle had loosened slightly). Martin was very friendly and sorted it out for me so quickly. He was willing to do it free of charge as it was such a minor repair. I will definitely go back to this Timpson - highly recommended! Thank you again Martin.

Very positive experience. Martin helped me with my bag. Simple adjustment in the end. He helped me without any charge. very good customer service and very helpful. Thank god there are still decent people and workers in this time of the year. Thank you Martin!
