I actually waited to bring this pair of shoes into this Timpson (Green Park) because my previous experience here was so good. I’d brought in several pairs before, and the gentleman who helped me was lovely… really helpful, kind, and he even popped a pair on the stretcher for me. So because of that, while travelling, I specifically brought another pair of ladies’ heels here to have the heels changed. I paid £14, which was completely fine. I cannot emphasise enough how great the people here are! Their service is so quick and efficient and the end result perfect! I went to this Timpson twice, both times with problems with the boots I was wearing. I was only in London for a few days and had only the boots I had on. The first time Mark was a star and fixed my heels and the second time Mason fixed the soles. I wish i had a similar place where I live. Really excellent!

Use the Green Park branch as on my way to work but each time I arrive the team is very unfriendly, almost as if they don’t welcome or want any work. I also seem to get told off about various things, like shutting g the door or wanting heel done on a spot when no one around. I miss the old now it seems lost culture of this brand.
