I cannot emphasise enough how great the people here are! Their service is so quick and efficient and the end result perfect! I went to this Timpson twice, both times with problems with the boots I was wearing. I was only in London for a few days and had only the boots I had on. The first time Mark was a star and fixed my heels and the second time Mason fixed the soles. I wish i had a similar place where I live. Really excellent!

Use the Green Park branch as on my way to work but each time I arrive the team is very unfriendly, almost as if they don’t welcome or want any work. I also seem to get told off about various things, like shutting g the door or wanting heel done on a spot when no one around. I miss the old now it seems lost culture of this brand.
Staff exceptionally polite and extremely helpful. Had struggled to thread the laces I had purchased from this store through some extremely tight eyelets and went back to ask for help. The staff offered to do it within the hour and suggested I put some money in the charity change pot when I offered to pay - even though it had taken them a fair amount of time and effort to carry out the work. Lovely people and great service - a credit to the Timpson brand.
Excellent service by Neil! One heel of my 15 year old shoes collapsed while visiting London. This shop was recommended and I couldn’t be happier! My feet are wide and finding new shoes in my size is difficult. The repair was wonderful, only took 2 days and both heels were fixed just in case the other decided to collapse. These were flats/wedges with a small heel but the entire bottom had to be peeled back for the repair. Like any artisan, he was not quite happy with the repair, but I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend.
