As soon as I walk through the door, I was acknowledged and greeted by Ian who was welcoming and friendly asking me what I needed as I am blind this was reassuring. I had gone in with a shoe repair. This was done within the hour. He was knowledgeable. and efficient I couldn’t ask for more helpful thank you Ian. Very satisfied this was us a CROSBY Liverpool store very please thank you.A credit to Timpson staff team
