Tried to have some photos printed today. The machine was not working properly but Gordon, from Timpson's was very helpful. He eventually had to phone someone to operate the machine remotely. Thank you Gordon for your perseverance.
I took a pair of curtains in for cleaning & unfortunately a pen was scooped up when they were put into the machine. The staff were very apologetic, refunded the cleaning costs immediately & put me on to management for compensation. The manager was not very helpful. The curtains are double width & heavy weight due to street lights outside. Replacement would be about £300 but he would not pay more that £100. Very disappointed.
I just wanted to share how amazing the service was when I went in today to get my watch repaired. The gentleman who served me went above and beyond to engineer a solution. Thank you so much.
