Outstanding service from the lovely David - highly recommend! Took in my favourite boots, which I wasn't overly hopeful could be repaired. Heels were worn badly in an awkward way, and they had deep scuffs on them because my foot had recently been pinned under a car wheel on a gravel driveway - the boots had probably prevented my foot getting seriously injured.
