Excellent service, this is not the first time I have been to this store and every time I go they solve my problems...this time it was with some new Hi Tec boots that I needed to repair and Jake again did it with total dedication and excellence. I recommend this store 1000% for its service, speed and professionalism.
I would actually it give zero stars. Key was supposed to be cut within 5 days. Hasn't happened. Digusting considering I was charged £34. Staff are not helpful. Avoid going here.
Went here today to get a new keyfob for my car ,it's about time you got proper staff that knows what they are doing went 4 times and key would not work in car at all so had a refund, went to guy at adsa and he did it straight away first time
Shop closed on Saturday (busiest retail day) at 9:40. Went to competition in Abbeygate - much better as actually open
Today (6th July), I visited the Timpson store in Nuneaton by the ASDA (Newtown Road). Jay, who served me, was very friendly, patient and helpful. He took the time to listen to me and then provided several options. He is a credit to Timpson.
