Charlie served me and my mother at the spital hill Tescos store today. He was more than helpful, he was welcoming and friendly. He demonstrated a strong knowledge and an ever stronger dedication to customer care. Every person in the queue was treat to the same high standard. He is an asset to Timpsons and should be recognised. Would return to use their services again and again.
