I recently visited Timpson to get a basic key cut, and I was shocked by the price. I was charged £9 for a key that I know I could easily get for £2 at my local market. It's clear that Timpson's prices are significantly inflated compared to the competition. While I understand that they offer a convenient service, the price difference is simply not justifiable for a standard key. It's no wonder they're struggling if they're charging such exorbitant prices. I won't be returning.
The member of staff in the shop was simply amazing. Think his name was jazz, really friendly and helpful. Timpsons always ABIT pricey
