Fabulous speedy service when my car key sheared and required new blade and fob to get me back on the road! At £50 it was massively cheaper than any auto locksmith fallout charge or vw dealership replacement
I had such a great experience at Timpson Key Repair Shop on May 25, 2024. I had broken my key and was pretty stressed about getting it fixed quickly. The person who helped me was fantastic. He quickly assessed my key and fixed it in no time at all. I didn't even have to wait, which was a huge relief. I've always rated Timpson highly, but disappointed on this occasion. For an extra remote key for my vehicle, a newer diagnostic machine is needed. The chap at this unit guided that not a single Timpson in Swansea has the newer machine! This location seems ideal, being by Tesco Extra with its huge car park and with Tesco happy for Timpson customers to use the pick-up point adjacent to its unit. A rare case of a complete lack of joined up thinking by management.
