The key of our rental van broke when I turned off the ignition in the parking lot. Darren kindly fixed our key and took the time to communicate with us and the van owner several times. I hope I don't have to come back, but I definitely would if I had to. Big thank you to Darren! 😉

I always come to Timpson's for watch batteries or repairs. This Timpson is beside the main Tesco in Inverness. This time it was a repair as my digital watch was showing the wrong time, even although it was a solar watch. I left it for an hour and when I returned he had fixed it. The most wonderful thing was he didn't charge me for it. Beat that for customer service.
I have now visited this store 4 times at 46mile round trip each time to get my keys sorted i have had to investigate the poblem myself to gwt to the bottom of this only to find that he had been using the wrong blank key fits the lock just wont turn my last visit he claimed he did not remember me and asked if i had a receipt i did not however still had the guarantee fob on the keys so just being plain ackeard, well my next visit will be my last 184 miles have been traveled at my expense with 0 apologies i will be goimg in for... read more
The guy working at the place couldn’t even muster a smile or a hello. He just stared at us. He was completely silent until I had to say can you repair these shoes. He then spent 5 minutes looking at them without speaking and said ‘no’. That was it. Unbelievable lack of customer service. I asked why since it was a simple job and he suggested retaining my designer shoes at the shop with no promise of a repair so his colleague might take a look next week.
