I was served by a young gentleman here this morning. He couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming if he tried. What poor service! I sent my 18 year old son to get a key cut today. We got there well over an hour before it closed and was told ‘no, because the cut will take too long and I have to clear up and everything!’ What????? Rude man and I won’t be going there anymore. It was so obvious that he just couldn’t be bothered and didn’t want to do the job he’s paid for! Poor show, really poor show. I won’t be using them anymore. Avoid!
