Came in for a couple of keys to be copied, a friendly smiley greeting was welcomed when I entered the Timpson shop the young girl was quick efficient and polite. It’s a rarity these days to even get a smile. It started my afternoon off with a smile thank you

The regular man here is great. Got my shoes fixed this time but I have used the shop for all sorts. He’s always very honest and is a great service to our town. I remember the old shop in the town centre but that’s going back a bit now. Anyway I just wanted to say thank you and whatever you’re paying him isn’t enough. X
