I have had car keys cut which are good value but I think the shoe polish has got ridiculous. £4.50 for 50ml. There is no price displayed so the feeling is they are trying to shame you into buying it once at the till. I didnt. I know shoe polish has got scarce and dear but at least put a price on it. 75p increase in a few months, is it even new stock? Getting like Weimar.
Had a watch fixed by Dylan today in the shop. He did it right there and then and very pleasant to deal with. The watch hands weren’t turning properly, he had it open, reset and back together in 10 minutes. Watch is working perfectly now! Thanks
I had a watch battery replaced here- very quick and reasonably priced. I have also had a number of things dry cleaned here, over a number of months. The items were impeccably cleaned and very reasonably priced. Much better than some other places that offer dry cleaning services. Would recommend!
Won’t be back again. Got keys cut here before that I supplied myself but refused to cut the key today. Looking to charge me £55.00 for a shell that I didn’t need then rattled some rubbish about if the key breaks they are responsible. Not a very good service. Not a good business sense but there you go. Got key cut elsewhere and cheaper than timpson.
If I could give this Timpsons zero stars, I would.
