I normally get all my new set of keys done here which is brilliant as they normally are able to do almost any key lv ever had the need to get a copy for and at a very reasonable price. They do some good deals for multi buy most of the time and this is what l usually go for anyway.......great service!!!

Came at 5.55pm I was panicking as I needed my shoes heeled for a funeral the next day mark was only to happy to stay back and get them done for me he even polished them up. I’ve now started using this store all the time now for keys my watches etc lovely guy thank you so much.

Phoned to check closing time was 6pm for a quick pin in a watch. Rushed from work and got there at 5.45pm and it was closed. A lady who was collecting some watches before 6pm (she had said she would be back for 6) for a wedding was also left unable to collect the items she had paid for. If it says the opening time is 6pm why close sooner and not accommodate the people who can’t get there in the day around working hours. So frustrating

I went to have my watch bracelet repaired. To describe it I would say the clasp/fastener had gone inside itself. I showed it to the girl and she said she didn't know how she was going to rectify the problem. Any way I left it with her and returned half an hour later and she'd sorted it free of charge! Fantastic customer service.
