This place is my now go to visit for regair. Watch, chain, shoes, shop does the lot. 'Very nice man'.
I had a new battery fitted for my Grand Seiko quartz watch and I was very impressed with the service. The Timpsons gentleman was very professional and was clearly interested and took pride in his work. Although it can be a "while you wait" service, I was advised to come back after 20 minutes as he said he wanted to take extra time and care as it was a high-end watch. Austin did a great job fixing and shortening my watch bracelet, good price and he adjusted it again the next day for free after I'd had a day getting used to the shorter chain. Was very quick too, just took a couple of minutes. Highly recommend!
The male employee there is incredibly helpful and efficient. On many occasions he has helped with watch and battery repairs and replacement. Just helped repair my motorcycle fob, not an easy job. A credit to the company and an example to others. Well done
