These guys have been so, so helpful! A few months ago, I had to stop by and get a key duplicated - today they have adjusted the length of the watch band for me on the go. Superb service, thank you! All the best
The manager Dave knows his stuff, is very experienced with decades in the trade and can repair most types of shoes and boots etc. Quick turnaround and good deals on key cutting etc. Trusted outlet (on corner of The Shambles and Mealcheapen Street) and will use again. Recommended.

Just seen Dave at the Worcester City Centre branch! What a star!!!! He has turned a very important job around for me in very little time. I must add I totally messed up my measurements of the items I was ordering and Dave was ace at getting it all sorted still within my time line! Nothing was too much trouble. Totally recommend!!
Excellent, friendly service from Dave at the Worcester shop. Thought my daughters school shoes were beyond repair, but Dave fixed quickly and for a great price! Saved myself alot of money getting them repaired. Would highly recommend.
