The worst / abusive service and customer care I have ever experienced in my life. I took 2 jackets to be dry cleaned, I collected them and when I arrived home I realised they were still as dirty as when I dropped them, I then took them back. When I arrived I waited for my turn in the queue, when it was my turn I received no acknowledgement, no “good morning”, no “hello”, nothing, aggressively I was told “jackets out the bags and hangers”, I then said “can I just please speak with you about the issue first?”, then once again... read more

Collected my wool coat only to find it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. When I pointed out that not only were the marks I wanted cleaning still there but it was now covered in fluff and dog hair the member of staff said "Dry cleaning doesn't get marks out. You should put it in the washing machine. As for the other stuff, your coat gets mixed in with other people's items. We're not responsible for what comes off of their clothes and sticks to yours."
