Rich and Kayleigh at Timpsons were super helpful when I bought in a phone to return/sell through Music Magpie. Really friendly, explained the whole process and were super polite. They didn’t rush me and made sure I understood the process. Def recommend, brilliant customer service

Wish I would have read the reviews! Took a 3 piece suit for dry cleaning, available for collection on time which was great, however it was not cleaned, the addition of glitter sprinkles was an unwanted surprise and the poor attempt at pressing the trousers have resulted in a rather wide crease instead of the sharpness required. A recommendation of avoidance for all dry cleaning at this site is a must.

Excellent and very quick key cutting service. Will definitely use them again. The staff member was very pleasant. A job well done. 👏👍😁

Shockingly awful customer service. Arrived well within business hours to use the key cutting service. Met with a huff and a look at the clock. Cut the key and then I spent 10 minutes waiting for them to get their card machine to work - which it never did. This was their error and yet they didn’t apologise for keeping me waiting or the inconvenience. No key for me then. Will not use ever again.

Super friendly staff but only use them for certain things. Never had any luck with their key cutting service. I have been back twice for one set of keys and they still don't work! I live in one of the surrounding villages so have to make a special trip and it is very frustrating! They are great for shoe repairs though.
