Visited this branch a month ago to have a battery watch replaced. It took a long time , and during that time the guy seemed to be looking for something on the floor. He was unable to get the back back onto the watch, and the watch was not working. He suggested I had it serviced for £200+. I took the watch to a jewellers who managed to get the back back on but it was still not working, they thought something was missing, but would need to service it to establish the problem again £200+. Absolutely shocking customer service . Having arrived at the kiosk shortly after opening , wishing to have a pair of shoes repaired both soles and heals . The approach from the member of staff , Sunday 03/03 There was NO Morning How can I help ? Immediately advised cant be done whilst waiting which I wasn't expecting ! Asked to have ready to collect after 3pm. Massive huff and mutter under her breath . Walked out . Overall experience not good , sorry for having to do this review.
