Went in to have my new watch’s battery replaced and a link removed. The assistant seeing me cracked the face of the watch and did not tell me before trying to charge me. I asked him to fix it and then came back two days later to collect it. The problem was fixed and the face was replaced but the watch’s hands were now out of place. I have since gone to a more skilled professional to have the hands sorted out. Really unprofessional and lazy work. Very disappointed by the time wasted literally at this branch.

Visited this branch a month ago to have a battery watch replaced. It took a long time , and during that time the guy seemed to be looking for something on the floor. He was unable to get the back back onto the watch, and the watch was not working. He suggested I had it serviced for £200+. I took the watch to a jewellers who managed to get the back back on but it was still not working, they thought something was missing, but would need to service it to establish the problem again £200+. Had my shoes resoled by Mike and he did a fantastic job. Such a lovely man and went out of his way to repair them fast and to a high standard! Thank you!
