Visited this branch a month ago to have a battery watch replaced. It took a long time , and during that time the guy seemed to be looking for something on the floor. He was unable to get the back back onto the watch, and the watch was not working. He suggested I had it serviced for £200+. I took the watch to a jewellers who managed to get the back back on but it was still not working, they thought something was missing, but would need to service it to establish the problem again £200+. Scot was very helpful had some keys cut. Done quickly and got the 3rd set of keys free.
Patricia provided superb service in bid to rescue my old leather sandal/ shoes, which would otherwise goes into the trash. I’m just overjoyed to have my sandal back looking like new! Highly recommend. X
