Brilliant. Took my 3 year old walking boots today and he did them straight away and I got them back by 4:30pm same day. Good price and a fantastic job.
Have always used Timpsons and thought that Steve at Morrisons, Preston was just a one off great guy, but when I visited Garstang for keys cutting, Ian was just as fantastic!! Great advice and customer service. A company who clearly recognises special individuals, trains them well and looks after them as they are clearly very happy, valued and competent employees.
I wanted to take the time to review after being super happy with two jobs done recently. Ian has helped fix my shoes and just recently my handbag where the strap had broken. Really happy with the work done and would definitely recommend!
Fantastic service and reasonable pricing. I get my shoes resoled there but it’s surprising what else you can buy! Last minute passport photo when they keep rejecting your DIY attempt online?! New belt before the offspring’s prom… and all with a friendly chat to boot… what an asset to Garstang.
Called in today to get a couple of keys cut, the shop was clean and tidy and well laid out. The gentleman stopped what he was doing to do my keys straight away, I thought the pricing was fair and both keys worked perfectly, I rarely leave reviews but I think it’s fair to give credit where credit is due. Thank you, will be back!
