Lovely member of staff named Matthew saw me outside the shop just after he'd gone on his lunch break. He was so kind to offer to cut my keys for me before returning on his lunch break. A very selfless offer which was a huge convenience to me as I had made plans. Thank you Matthew, that was very kind of you
