Extremely helpful staff and knowledgeable & skillful on repairs. I had summer sandals needing repaired to just get me through this season and they told me they were basically in bad shape as the soles had unseen broken down issues and not replaceable but they glued together as a courtesy with a warning it might not last, and then did not charge me. a very minor repair to just get me through another week or so BUT they could have charged me full price and never mentioned anything about the unseen condition. Terrible service, disgusting attitude towards customers. I brought them two pairs of shoes. On one of the sneakers I needed to sew a new loop for the laces, these "professionals" absolutely without bothering themselves smeared superglue and somehow glued the loop to the inner wall of the sneaker. On the second sneakers the sole came unglued. All that needed to be done was to apply glue to the sole along the entire length of the unglued area and press. I went in to Timpsons this morning and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service provided by Michelle. I needed a watch strap repaired and as the shop was quiet, I was given her full attention and it was dealt with straight away. A great efficient and professional service, which I highly recommend on my experience.
Visited your store 28th May and was served by Michelle. Michelle was so helpful even although the shop was very busy, she took time to let customers know she will be with them soon. She is certainly a hard working young lady and an asset to your business. She even managed to get my shoes heeled and another pair dyed all within an hour as I don't live in Elgin as well as the shop being so busy. Lovely caring, polite and very helpful.
Popped in to get a pair of dance shoes re-heeled and found myself 3rd in the queue. Didn't have to wait long though as everyone was dealt with very efficiently. Expected to be told it would be a couple of hours but instead I was told I could come back in 45 mins. Great service and very reasonable at £11. Would certainly recommend.
