I am extremely satisfied with the service and the pleasant attitude towards me! After being disappointed by several branches, I turned to Dulich to make new keys for a Lexus RX and they did an excellent job! Thank you very much! I recommend them to everyone!

I received quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced during my visit to this branch. In a world where the art of customer service is increasingly fading away, Tai turned what could have been an unremarkable visit to have some keys cut into an extraordinary experience that had me leaving the store smiling from ear to ear, feeling like a valued customer. All this near to closing time on a Friday evening. Timpson East Dulwich; you have a real one.

I didn't catch the guys name who served us but the customer service I experienced was 5 star. I only went in for a watch battery replacement but the guy who served me treated me like I was buying half the stock. Super friendly, polite - just a great customer experience all round - which is rare these days!

Always helpful, though be wary of getting flat keys cut here. My copy was of dubious quality and broke off in the lock after only 6 weeks, causing some pain with a locksmith. No refund offered though did offer a re-cut for free

Didn't think I'd be reviewing an engraving business but I had one of, if not, the best customer service of my life. I spoke with an incredibly friendly guy called Tai who went completely above and beyond over the phone to help me and make my day. Then in person he was just as incredible and made a mundane process actually an enjoyable part of my day. Genuine fresh breath of air in the customer service industry.
