I am extremely satisfied with the service and the pleasant attitude towards me! After being disappointed by several branches, I turned to Dulich to make new keys for a Lexus RX and they did an excellent job! Thank you very much! I recommend them to everyone!
I didn't catch the guys name who served us but the customer service I experienced was 5 star. I only went in for a watch battery replacement but the guy who served me treated me like I was buying half the stock. Super friendly, polite - just a great customer experience all round - which is rare these days!
Always helpful, though be wary of getting flat keys cut here. My copy was of dubious quality and broke off in the lock after only 6 weeks, causing some pain with a locksmith. No refund offered though did offer a re-cut for free
Joey was super helpful, polite and professional. He had my replacement key all sorted with plenty of time to watch the footie next door at Dulwich Hamlet. Highly recommend!
Came before 0530pm on a Wednesday to have a key copied, but got refused of service just because the guy decided to close and go home early on a random Wednesday. So if you need them just come early because who knows when they'd want to go home early, could be everyday.
