If I could have given 0 start I would have. After going to 3 other timpsons to get a key cut and programed for my landrover I was told to go to this store all stores said they could do my reg but didn't have the machine. So place and paid for order 6 days later still waiting for my call back. So started chasing. Phone was ringing out a lot then sometimes picked up and put down. Had a haircut today by Dan, really nice guy. Suhill usually does my trim but he wasn’t in today or over the weekend when I tried. Dan was polite and really took his time with my cut. We had a good chat about the football and him previously working as a barber in London. He also focused on some of the finer details that are sometimes missed by suhill, like trimming the hair line just down from the forehead etc… I am usually pretty picky with barbers but I wouldn’t hesitate in letting Dan cut my hair again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mark at the Caldy Valley store. When I walked in and greeted him with a friendly “Hello, how are you?” his response was a dismissive “Yeah” as he just stared at me. I politely asked to have three keys cut, providing the master key, and then went home only to find out none of the keys worked.
