I feel the need to write this review after seeing negative comments on Stefans management skills. Stefan has always been extremely helpful ,polite and accommodating when I have had the need for my shoes to be repaired I have been to other shops in the past but will only now go to Stefan, as he offers a wonderful service ,and will always take time to have a chat . He is a lovely young man

Effective and efficient. Stefan replaced the batteries on two watches for me. Answered any questions and offered the lifetime battery guarantee.
Excellent friendly service from Stefan replacing my watch battery. He had no problem getting back off whereas others had problem in the past. Would definitely visit again for other repairs. Thanks Stefan.
Absolutely rubbish service and attitude. The staff member acted like he was the CEO of the company — rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. He even managed to infuriate his own member of staff while I was there. Instead of trying to help, he just kept saying he couldn’t do it with no explanation or effort. Won’t be returning.
