Bad customer service by a trainee who took my money for a watch battery replacement. They had told me it had to go down to England to be replaced got told it will be back in 5 days and it got back after 2 weeks and my wedding was a day before it had arrived. Then went to pick it up and they didnt note it down as paid. Little to no effort been gone into investigating into it and being told i have to pay again nearly £200 pound down is a joke for a battery replacement. I went into the Timpsons in Morrisons and the service could not have been any better. The key to my car was broken and the incredibly lovely and helpful women behind the desk helped me in seconds. Have always had such a good experience here and will continue to come back - thank you Marge!

Another great service from Graeme from Timpson workshop in Morrisons Portobello Road. I am local, loyal customer and I never had a bad experience there. Graeme is always professional, polite and happy to help. I have watched him to interact also with other customers and his service is impeccable. It is refreshing these days to see someone who is just doing his job well and takes pride of it. Thank you.
Graeme was excellent and extremely helpful. I recently had a hip operation and one leg was slightly shorter than the other. Over the phone Graeme was able to understand exactly what I needed and raised 2 different shoes for me with an extra sole. They are so subtly done you wouldn't know they were raised. They are perfect and has helped my recovery so much. Thank you Graeme. 👌👍
