Amazing customer service! A leather jacket i bought on Vinted was very stained when it arrived. Great advice was given as how to possibly remove the stains with saddle soap which worked.

The Timpson store in Sainsbury's in Colton (Leeds) is my favourite. I always get amazing service and a few pair of my boots have been given a new lease of life. Today was no different. I turned up with a leather belt to see if it could be shortened. I wasn't certain this kind of service was provided. Max sorted the belt on the spot in a few minutes. When I asked how much it was, he said it was free of charge and asked if I would leave a review. So here I am. Thank you, Max! I'll be back.
